I have see many people reach their maximum health potential by adopting of some the following:
- Exercise (simply walking more)
- Proper Sleep
- Targeted Nutrition
- Detoxing (Colon Cleansing, Heavy Metals, Environmental, Yeast/Fungus, Liver, etc.)
- Drink Pure Water (avoiding sugar laden soda pop)
- Address low-level infections and lingering symptoms
- Vitamin D3 Supplementation
- Eating more fruits and vegetables
- Juicing
- Probiotics
If you are stuck in a bad health rut (i.e.- their no hope for me, no one can figure this out, I have to learn to live with this the rest of my life or similar statements are signs you may have reached a health blockage!)
I encourage you to keep knocking until you obtain your desired results....yes, one more knock on a door of possible opportunity.
